The Armed Forces Covenat

At KwikTip, we are proud to support His Majesty’s Armed Forces, including service leavers, reservists, and regular personnel.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a national commitment between the armed forces community, the nation, and the government. It ensures that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, along with their families, are treated fairly and with respect. The Covenant emphasizes that no member of the armed forces community should face disadvantage compared to other citizens in accessing public and commercial services.

In addition, it acknowledges that special consideration may be necessary for those who have made significant sacrifices, such as the injured and the bereaved. This commitment is not about providing special advantages but rather about ensuring equal opportunities and support for those who have served.

Rights and responsibilities for reservists and employers

This is our promise to those who serve or who have served, and their family members. It’s a pledge that we will do all we can to ensure that members of the forces community are always treated fairly and respected in the communities, economy and society they have served.

With family members who have served since 1892, through world wars, the hardest of times, and loved ones doing their thing every day – it’s a priority to help our Armed Forces Community.

We utilise the Forces Employment Charity through the CTP and Right Job as our gateway to a unique talent pool trained to hit the ground running and get the job done.

Veteran Charities

From launch, we’ve advocated for Veteran Charities, for example, Blind Veterans Uk and Bravehound a registered charity that provides support dogs to veterans who have a clinical diagnosis of a mental health condition such as PTSD, depression and anxiety. Supporting businesses owned by serving members of the Armed Forces, Veterans and Spouses. Kwiktip provides discounted waste, rubbish and junk removal services to Armed Forces Covenant Signatories, veteran-owned businesses and households.
